Pure wholesome food and spices. We have close partnerships with local organic farms and ranches throughout this region in the United States to provide our guests with a true farm to fork experience. We also stay innovative and exciting with our approach to molecular gastronomy by working with top chefs from around the world, and incorporating new and inventive ways to preparing and presenting our cuisine.  You could say we are the best of both worlds by providing Old World and Modern techniques… sometimes combining them with fun exciting approaches to food.  Our goal is to always use the best product available and prepare many of them in front of your guests.

We love preparing and cutting fresh produce directly from the source in front of your guests just as they do in fresh harvest festivals throughout the world.  Much of the produce you purchase at the store were harvested weeks ago and decreases in its nutritional value. Our chefs hand select all of our product and cut fresh greens right from the source table-side if possible.

Our meats come from ranches that provide the best practices and ensure you have best quality in both common and exotic game meats.  We often are able to obtain select meats, poultry, and fish that is not available to most of the general public.

  • Gluten-free, non-GMO, heirloom produce, locally sourced, hand selected, prepared fresh in front of guest
  • 10 years of close relationship with farmers.
  • We cater to specialty diets: paleo, keto, kosher, vegan, whole 30, etc.

We do not always need to include this in our events, but sometimes our guests ask for a little more.  They may have read a new cookbook, saw a TV show, or video and we can duplicate it and usually enhance that experience.  We strive to stay cutting edge and research new innovations in cooking style and techniques.  Our motto is “Eyerything is possible, and nothing is impossible!”

Chef Kent and Chef Emmy have collaborated for years before deciding to combine forces and deliver a true farm to fork experience that many chefs talk about, but very few deliver.  Their inspiration comes from their deep passion and love of food, and servitude, and each other.  Traveling the world and the local country side they enjoy incorporating all they see and taste into every event.  They specialize in all types of cuisine and involve other top chefs in menu development.

Chef Kent has worked with many of the world’s top chefs and maintains close personal connections to stay innovative, and to call upon resources to make his events spectacular.  He has a strong passion to give back to those who cannot provide for themselves, and support many individuals and organizations that take care of others.  Chef Kent believes food is healing and gift to be shared with all.

Chef Emmy has a love of food and feels blessed to be able to share that passion with others. She understands that food is so integral to health, to history, and to current-day culture. Chef Emmy enjoys immersing herself on modern food trends and creating innovations in flavor combinations and preparation. She also understands the importance of local foraging and crafting wholesome food that nourishes and heals and creates community.
